Rob Curtain has been connected to the Mornington Peninsula & Real Estate for most of his life. Commencing his real estate career only a few days after leaving school in 1985, Rob soon became one of Melbourne's youngest dynamic estate agents. Successfully selling many of Melbourne's prestige properties through the difficult period of the early 90's, he learnt quickly that real estate isn't always a sellers market. Rob understands that the art of negotiation, patience and hard work are essential in ensuring a positive outcome for all his clients.
After 10 years in the world of property, Rob moved to the World of Entertainment as part of Crown Casino's original marketing team, responsible for creating, building and maintaining an international brand both locally in Melbourne and a two year posting in Singapore. He gained a wealth of knowledge in marketing across all media disciplines working alongside the world's leading marketeers. His innovation, attention to detail and energy were indispensable in his position as a senior executive in one of Australia's largest companies.
From coming down most weekends in his childhood, to spending time at his holiday house in Sorrento and now residing in Red Hill after building his dream home, Rob has an extensive knowledge of the Peninsula and has always loved the lifestyle that's on offer all year round. He understands how his clients value and enjoy the Peninsula lifestyle, from escaping the hustle & bustle of city life to those wishing to make a permanent move to the Mornington Peninsula.
In 2008 Rob moved permanently with his wife and young family to Portsea and believes it's the perfect community in which to raise a young family. Returning to real estate, Rob picked up where he left off, quickly establishing himself as the leading luxury agent, transacting more sales over $3 million dollars than any other sales agent on the Peninsula over the last five years.

Patrick has over 20 years of sales experience. He was previously working at Crown Casino as head of their International Sales and Marketing Offices and commenced his role as Sales Associate at Sotheby’s Realty in 2014. This role is the perfect fit for Patrick as it combines his appreciation for architecturally significant homes and inspiring properties with his ability to sell. Patrick understands that success comes from commitment, hard work and persistence. He has a strong work ethic and prides himself on servicing his client’s needs by being reliable, accessible, and maintaining open and honest communication. These attributes combined with his business acumen, negotiating skills and market knowledge gives his clients great confidence. Patrick quickly establishes a rapport with perspective buyers allowing them to feel comfortable to open up and offer information that can then be tailed to match up with the most suitable Sotheby’s Realty listings. He is continuously prospecting with his vast network of clients, associates, and friends to introduce properties to buyers. Patrick has been holidaying in Sorrento and Portsea for over 40 years, a tradition that has been passed down from his parents and grandparents and he now lives in Portsea permanently. Patrick has an appreciation for art and in particular the Australian artists who are recognised on the Sorrento/ Portsea Artist Trail.
