Rob Curtain has been connected to the Mornington Peninsula & Real Estate for most of his life. Commencing his real estate career only a few days after leaving school in 1985, Rob soon became one of Melbourne's youngest dynamic estate agents. Successfully selling many of Melbourne's prestige properties through the difficult period of the early 90's, he learnt quickly that real estate isn't always a sellers market. You persisted in your recommendation to do more than I thought necessary in the presentation of the property. It was certainly the right call and, now with the benefit of hindsight, I can see why you pressed on with that recommendation despite some resistance by me. There were two properties involved in a cul-de-sac in a unique position virtually in the township of Sorrento, with views over Port Phillip and with development opportunities. You persisted in your recommendation to do more than I thought necessary in the presentation of the property. It was certainly the right call and, now with the benefit of hindsight, I can see why you pressed on with that recommendation despite some resistance by me. There were two properties involved in a cul-de-sac in a unique position virtually in the township of Sorrento, with views over Port Phillip and with development opportunities.
