Selling a family property can be an emotional and tricky time & I think Sotheb'y approach around this
was exemplary. Other things that stand out for me in what was a very successfull campaign,
was the independent styling of the property, the ability of Sotheby's to use social media to increase interest & momentum...and then of course a wonderfull auction result !
