Since securing the Sotheby’s International Realty master franchise for New Zealand in 2005, Julian has grown NZSIR from its Queenstown origins to 30 offices nationwide, establishing it as New Zealand’s premier residential real estate brand. With over 25 years of experience, Julian has been instrumental in marketing and selling large-scale projects, including golf course developments, hotels, apartment complexes, and subdivisions. His track record includes some of New Zealand’s most significant residential sales, achieving record-breaking results.
Julian’s leadership in the Melbourne joint venture reflects his dedication to expanding Sotheby’s International Realty’s global reach while maintaining the brand’s commitment to premium service. A former national ski champion and professional alpine ski racer on the Japan Pro Tour, Julian brings the discipline, focus, and competitive edge of his sports career into his real estate leadership.
