Her work spans platform enhancement, marketing systems development, and cross-channel programme delivery, with a focus on scalable, efficient and brand aligned execution. Lucy has supported key digital transformation priorities, helped shape governance frameworks, and advanced enterprise-level marketing operations to support future growth. Known for her technical understanding, clarity and delivery focus, Lucy contributes strategic oversight and hands-on project leadership to Melbourne Sotheby’s International Realty. She holds a bachelor’s degree (Marketing & Communications) from the University of Canterbury.
