His portfolio includes some of the region’s most significant homes, including the landmark handling of 2 Kinane Street, Brighton, a global calibre property transacting at approximately $25 million.

Victoria, a lifelong Brighton resident, brings more than a decade of sales and management experience, underpinned by a deep connection to the local community. Known for her intuitive and highly personalised approach, she has built enduring relationships with families, downsizers and long term residents who value care, clarity and continuity throughout the selling process.

Completing the leadership team is Craig Ryan, who brings a globally informed commercial perspective to the Bayside office.

Craig has more than twenty years of international experience across Australia, Asia, Europe and North America, having held senior roles across sales, marketing, operations and investment strategy. 

An active residential property investor with a focus on high end and boutique developments, Craig contributes strategic insight alongside strong local ties to the Bayside community, strengthening the office’s capability at the intersection of local expertise and international buyer engagement. He brings extensive executive leadership experience across asset backed and accommodation businesses, including hotels.
