Sean Parker brings over 20 years’ property sales experience.

 

Sean’s property career has spanned Australia, Asia and the Middle East and the different roles he has held means he has a deep understanding of all aspects of the property business: from concept and design, finance and development, to sales and marketing and after-sales care. 

 

Sean’s industry knowledge, combined with his skill in identifying what clients need, means that he achieves the right result quickly.  Sean works well with people and has developed an extensive network of Australian and international contacts.  He is committed to keeping clients updated and informed and is a highly skilled negotiator.   

 

After 10 years living overseas, followed by a stint in Portsea and then Melbourne, Sean moved to Mount Macedon with his wife and 4 children in 2018.  With its strong sense of community and beautiful natural surroundings, Sean and his family consider themselves lucky to have found their permanent home in the Macedon Ranges.

This guy is incredible.....seriously.
We were selling a large sized / value property and had signed with another agent. The property has some complexities and needed a great strategy to maximise the value. We were with another agent for 6 months....they got the strategy wrong, didn't do the hard yards and because they were in a boom period just took the easier money focussing on easier to sell properties in a boom market. Sean was introduced to us via a very satisfied friend who he had represented. After an initial meeting, Sean crafted a new strategy, rejigged the fundamentals and then did the hard work. Made the calls, did the follow up, invested the time, understood the potential buyers needs and explained the potential of our property. Our property was not in his "normal" area - he had to travel 35 minutes each way. Well... he sure did what was was needed to get a great sale price for us. Record price, terms we needed and all that sprinkled with a touch of class. He's truth teller in a profession known for the opposite. He's genuine and he's good at what he does.
